Sold Out!

Natasha – Pole Dance Technique 9/17/2001  from 12:30 PM – 2:00PM

This workshop will review many of the pole dancing fundamentals we forget  as we become more comfortable with the pole.  Techniques like extensions, pointed toes, points of contact, economy of motion, and body alignment are all critical when mastering new moves.  This workshop will re-introduce those fundamentals by applying them to basic spins, inverts, and if you’re ready, to more challenging moves.  Costs:  $75.00 Duration: 90 min

Alethea – Master Workshop 9/17/2001 from 2:30PM – 4:00PM

This 90 minute workshop taught by Alethea Austin, USPDF Champion 2010 and USPDF Miss Sexy 2009 , is designed to take your Pole Tricks to the next level of performance on the pole.  Class will be broken into beg/int/adv groups and emphasis will be placed on achieving tricks each student is ready for and learning transitional options in and out.  This class is open to all levels where you will be able to learn at your own pace.  Individual attention will be given to each girl so that she can learn the tricks that she is personally ready for.  Cost: $90 Duration: 90 min

Natasha – Signature Pole Tricks 9/17/2011 from 4:30PM – 6:00PM

This tricks class will focus on unique transitions on and off the pole, innovative aerial tricks as well as movement that transforms the human body into beautifully strange shapes.  This will be a barefoot class as we’ll be executing tricks that require all parts of the human body-including the bottom of your foot.

Intermediant – Advanced  Cost: $75 Duration: 90 mins

Alethea – Chair Dance and Floor Work 9/17/2011 from 6:30PM – 8:00PM

Take a break from Inverts for a while and get in touch with your Sexy Side in this 90 minute Chair and Floor Workshop. Alethea Austin, USPDF Champion 2010 and USPDF Miss Sexy 2009, shows you how to dominate a new apparatus, this time bringing a chair to slide,  slink and body roll on. This Workshop is not taught as strict choreography, but rather building chair skills and free dance simultaneously showing transitions into floor and pole work. At the end of the workshop you will feel comfortable chair dancing for yourself, an audience of one, or a crowd. THIS CLASS IS OPEN TO ALL LEVELS. We will be inverting on the chairs but it is not required.  Yoga pants, thigh highs, or kneepads should be worn for the floor work to protect the knees. Feel free to bring your heels; I will teach you how to walk in them
 Cost: $80.00 Duration: 90min
